Our toner and inkjet cartridges are manufactured to highest standards in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified facilities. The quality is the same or better than OEM products.

If for any reason you have a problem with one of our products, just fill out the return authorization request (RMA) on our web site and once we receive it, we will send out another unit to you immediately. A return shipping label will be emailed to you - just stick the defective product in the box when you get the new unit and drop it off at UPS. That's it!

By the way, if you are concerned that a compatible toner cartridge will void your printer warranty - it won’t. Both the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and the Clayton Antitrust Act passed by the U.S. Congress prohibits an equipment manufacturer, as a condition of the warranty, to require the use of their supplies. The reasoning behind these laws is that forcing you to not to use goods of competitors is anticompetitive and can create a monopoly, leading to higher prices.
